With the start of a new year, many companies are thinking about making some changes.
Good Afternoon,
I would like it to be known how impressed I was with the professionalism and attentiveness I received from your employees. As a new homeowner (of only 3 ½ months) I has the misfortune of dealing with a leaky roof.
I am a full-time employee during the day, and have a second job at night. Your staff was very cooperative and accomadating with my demanding schedule. They always made me feel like my questions and concerns were of importance, and if they didn’t know the answers they found them out for me.
I felt so distraught over all the issues arising with my home; they made me feel at ease with their attentiveness and service. I would like to personally thank: Caylen, Jeremy, Judson, Steve, and James for being such outstanding employees and people. I hope they do not go unnoticed.
